Residential Warranty Information

FRAME: All frames are covered by a 5 Year Structural Limited Warranty when used in a residential application during normal use and proper care. If your Haskell frame fails structurally (i.e. broken frame and welds) during normal usage, we will repair, refinish, or replace the frame at manufacturer’s discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge.

FINISH: Stainless Steel frames are covered by a 3 Year Limited Warranty while Carbon Steel frames are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty when used in a residential application against blistering or peeling of the frame finish under normal use and proper care. Haskell will refinish, or replace your furniture at manufacturer’s discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge.

CUSHIONS: Haskell provides a 1 Year Limited Warranty on its cushions under residential application. Cushion fabrics are covered from tearing, discoloration, and fading; the fillers are covered from extensive breakdown and poor structural integrity. If any of the above occurs within the warranty period, Haskell will repair or replace the above listed items at factory’s discretion (with same or similar fabric if discontinued) at no charge.
Note: Additional warranties may be available through the fabric manufacturers.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY INFORMATION: Warranty is valid for items sold through an authorized Haskell dealer, starting from the date of purchase (invoice date) to the original purchaser only. Warranty is not transferable. Parts and labor are included. Picture or inspections may be required. Freight (shipping and handling) of the product or parts for repair- when needed-to and from our Los Angeles, California fabrication facility, shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us directly or your local dealer to obtain a return authorization before returning any merchandise to the factory. We shall in no event be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of time, usage, or money and in no event shall the responsibility exceed the value of the replacement of product.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use
Failure caused by improper assembly
Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance
Scratches and chips under wear and tear of finish
Normal fading of fabrics or upholstery materials
Permanent stains caused by foreign substances not limited to the following: soil, lotion, foodstuffs and oils
C.O.M. fabrics (customer’s own material)
Normal fading of woven seat materials
Bursting or cracking of tubing due to exposure to water and freezingtemperatures
Freight of product or parts for repair-needed-to and from our fabrication facility
In areas of high salinity or ocean side use Haskell recommends biweekly periodic cleaning of buildup and atmospheric deposits. Failure or neglect to make needed cleanings may cause premature wear, and such failure will void the Warranty.
